Mr. Ware,I enjoyed the experience of working with you the last time I needed to move some items (329930-03), and I need to move some materials again. This time the move is from Kansas (same destination as before) but including a table & chairs, TV, a couple of bookcases, 2 wardrobe boxes and a piece of exercise equipment. Pickup would be from the storage location and delivery would be to the first floor apartment (stairs and elevator accessible). Everything is pre-packed, with the exception of the items mentioned above. Can World Moving Services help me with this move? Please feel free to call me to discuss the details.

The delivery can take place anytime January 5,6,8,9 or the following weekend 15, 16. For directions, Map quest worked perfectly. I would like a final bill. Thank you once again.
Dear Jason,Just want to drop you a line to let you know how pleased I was with your service. I was very nervous about the move, and from the beginning to end, you and your staff made it as easy as possible for me. Everyone showed patience and understanding, which I appreciated more than you can imagine. I asked endless questions and each one was answered truthfully and respectfully. I never felt that anyone was getting annoyed with me, and a time when my nerves were frazzled to begin with, this was most important.
I found that the men who actually picked up my belongings to be polite, pleasant, and most of all, very careful with all they were handling. It was a hot day, and yet they managed to keep smiles on their faces, while they loaded the truck. They were punctual, and it was obvious they felt they had a job to do, and they did it well.
My special thanks to you Jason. From the first time I spoke with you, I could sense that you knew how to handle someone who obviously had never used a moving service before. I expressed my feelings to you, and you had a way of making me believe that everything would be all right, and that you intended to make this move for me as easy as possible. And you did just that......

Hi Colette,I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to let you know that everything got here safely on Monday. Also, the movers that you picked to help us were absolutely great. They did a fantastic job wrapping everything and getting it here within the timeframe.
The last favor I have to ask is if you could send me a copy of the final bill (with the total). I have it packed in the boxes still, and need to submit it for reimbursement to my company.
It's alot better here in Miami for sure!!!! Are you sure it's March???

Colette,We would like to tell you that the two men that came and move our belongings were very nice and friendly and work fast and hard. Don was very professional and skilled at his job.
