Customer Service I Administrative Assistant
- Description
Candidate will be responsible for supporting the Team Leaders & Estimators. Duties include answering phones, correspondence, preparing and processing daily orders. Employee must have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Requirements
Must possess ability to think strategically and handle difficult negotiations.
Must possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
Must possess exceptional analytical, verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and strong PC skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
